Spring has arrived! Are you suffering from hay fever headaches? Do you have ants in the kitchen? Have you tried Peppermint essential oil? Peppermint essential oil has a variety of use for just one oil! Use Peppermint for headaches, hay fever, upset stomach, bloating, heartburn, indigestion as well as a repellant against ants. Mix 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil with 4 oz of water in a spray bottle and spray surfaces where ants are. Those with sensitive skin should mix Peppermint essential oil with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil.

Try using a combination of equal amounts of Peppermint, Lavender, and Lemon essential oils to smell or apply for relief. Try Breathe essential oil blend or Breathe Respiratory drops to feel better. Other ways to reduce the effects of hay fever are to shower before going to bed, change clothes when you come home or indoors and turn on the air conditioning in warm weather.

Regular meditation practices are important to assist in maintaining health and wellness. Schedule or plan a certain time each day for meditation practices. This can include meditating or prayer, reading devotionals, saying motivation quotes, exercising, and anything that helps to provide a sense of calm and ease.
