November is typically a month where Fall turns to Winter and we are looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with family. It can be used for an upset digestive system. Clove is a hot oil and should be diluted with a carrier oil such as coconut oil when applying to the skin.
Gemstone of the month: Carnelian
Carnelian is a great gemstone that is considered a natural healer for the common cold. The energy of this stone helps to strengthen and vitalism the body’s immune system. Carnelian assists in purifying organs. It is beneficial in treating swollen glands.
Health Tip of the month: wear a mask!
Whether or not you believe in their effectiveness, wear a mask when out in public. This is only common sense and common courtesy to those around you.
Meditation tip if the month: Meditation
Meditate! Take at least 20 minutes a day to meditate and focus on yourself. Meditation is an excellent way to reduce stress and anxiety. Regular daily meditation also helps to keep the body healthy and the brain fit. For beginners start with 5 minutes a day and after a week bump the time to 10 minutes, etc. some people enjoy meditating for an hour. You can work up to this if you choose to do so. Meditation should be done in the morning to establish a good foundation for the day.
